Imperfect CEO Application Introduction

Imperfect CEO is a curated women-only network designed for meaningful connections, real friendships, and aligned collaboration. We bring together women who value emotional intelligence, personal growth, and mature, supportive community, both online and through curated events across Europe.

To keep the quality of conversations high and ensure everyone is at a similar stage in life and their professional careers, we review each application carefully. 


We open only 50 memberships monthly in each city we operate.


The community is primarily for women 35+; younger women may join if they meet our experience criteria.


Apply if you:

• Are a woman 35+ (any industry)

OR

• Have minimum 8 years of professional experience

OR

• Have minimum 5 years running your own business

We do not accept students or applicants without established professional experience. This is to ensure our members have shared maturity, alignment, and life context.
